Making a Purchase
Making your purchase is simple and straightforward. By entering your postcode you will be directed to the product page of our depot closest to you. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your transaction.
Payment
Our secure online payment service is provided by RBS WorldPay. We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received and are processing your order.
Delivery
Deliver will be made from our distribution depot which services your postcode area, normally within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Our driver will normally deliver and empty bags into a bunker or similar storage. Please advise of any special delivery requirements or access arrangements when placing your order. An additional charge may be applied where coal requires to be left in bags. If our driver is unable to gain access to your property, your order will be returned to our depot.
Tax for UK domestic deliveries, VAT is included at 5%
